All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an automated notification with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable standard and expedited shipping options across the United States. Shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your complete delivery address and zip code are correctly entered at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an invalid or incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please notify us within 48 hours at support@jwshirt.shop. Our team will initiate an inquiry with the carrier to resolve the issue swiftly.
